Simon graduated from the Ecole Hotellière at Lausanne and spent many years in large international companies, working his way up their Marketing Departments.
He is married with a large family, and wanted to use his professional experience to create his own company.  Benoit Fillon
Internet / Research and Development Director
Benoit is a chemical engineer, and completed a thesis in the United States on the hydrogenation of soya oils. He then joined the Research and Development team of an American company based in Spain, and his expertise has been essential in creating isodisnatura. Benoît is married, and currently lives in Belgium.
 Didier Montigny
Marketing and Development Director
Didier is a graduate of Cedep-INSEAD and first worked for an American group abroad, in England, Canada and Ireland. He then joined L'Oréal, where he remained 15 years as General Manager for selective distribution of various brands, particularly skin care. He is the father of twins, and has recently joined isodisnatura.
 Elvire Boutet
Director – Direct Sales Elvire studied at the Higher Advertising College and has spent 12 years working for publicity agencies. Elvire joined isodisnatura in May 2004, being totally convinced by the company's mission and omega 3. She is responsible for drawing up marketing and publicity action plans and extending it to cover the international market Elvire has 2 children.  Ombeline van Gaver
Project Leader – Direct Sales Ombeline worked for a Paris hotel group for over 4 years, being involved mainly in the opening of 4 star hotels. Ombeline joined the isodisnatura team on 1 March 2004 and has been closely involved in setting up marketing and publicity tools. Ombeline gave birth to a son in February 2006. Pharmacy Manager
Claire is married with two children, and spent 11 years in a major pharmaceutical laboratory in England and France, where she worked in a number of fields, in particular psychiatry and neurology. Claire is the latest to join the young team at isodisnatura.
