1/ Where can you find a promotional code, and how can you use it?

Sign up for our newsletter (on our homepage) and receive our promotions. To use them, enter them into the "Discount code" section when placing your order. If you copy and paste, please enter the code without spaces.

2/ Is it secure to pay by credit card?

4/ What are your delivery costs?

Delivery costs are calculated when the order is made. Click on "Estimate delivery total" to get the cost.  Delivery costs include the cost of Colissimo Expert shipping and packaging costs.

5/ How can you return a parcel?

Parcels may be returned at the customer's expense or at isodisnatura's expense, depending on the type of return.
