Parcels are sent by Signed Colissimo Expert

Delivery times range from 48-72 hours for deliveries in France, 3-5 days for deliveries in Europe and 5-8 days for deliveries outside Europe. 

If the parcel is returned (incomplete address, refusal to ship, etc.) the laboratory will contact the customer by e-mail or telephone to complete delivery. 

The delivery rates are as follows:

Payment methods

For delivery in France: credit card and cheque 
For delivery in Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg: credit card and bank transfer (after receiving the parcel)
For other delivery countries: credit card only 

1/Credit card payments 

Only VISA, MASTERCARD and CARTE BLEUE are accepted 

Online payment is done on the Ogone, which is recognised as reliable for Internet transactions. Your transaction with Ogone is encrypted (SSL). Your bank information, which is encrypted by your own computer, will never be circulated openly over the Internet.  

Your order will be debited 5 days after your purchase, to ensure that you receive your purchase. 

You may choose to pay in 3 installments, free of charge, from a €300 purchase. The first installment, 33% of the total + delivery costs, is debited immediately. Then, the 2nd installment is debited 30 days later, with the 3rd installment debited 60 days after purchase.  

2/Payment by cheque 

The parcel is shipped when the cheque is received. 

The cheque must be made out to SRI e-commerce and sent to the following address:

Write your order number on the back of your cheque. 

3/ Payment by bank transfer 

You must make your payment by transfer within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
