Barbecue
The advent of summer brings us the smell of grilled meat to be enjoyed without reserve.
But beware: there are a few essential principles to be followed so that the goodness of barbecue is also good for your body!
Through scientific studies, we know that the high temperatures required to grill meat produce carcinogenic substances known as: Heterocyclic Aromatic Amines, or HAA for short.
To prevent this from happening, here is some advice from our Nutritionist:
choose thin pieces of meat when possible, preheat your meat before barbecue grilling place aluminium foil between the grill and the meat to prevent grease from falling on the embers and finally, refrain from basting meat while cooking
