Ingredients
Concentrated wild fish oil (measured at 60% Omega-3), Ginkgo Biloba extract (measured at 24%), Curcuma Longa L. extract (measured at 95%), yellow beeswax, colloidal silica, non-GMO certified vitamin E.
Capsule: Wild fish gelatin, glycerin, natural colourings: yellow and red iron oxide.
Production and Quality
OM3memory contains a pharmaceutical-quality oil made exclusively from wild fish (anchovies and sardines). The plant extracts (Ginkgo Biloba and Curcuma Longa) are non-GMO certified and non-irradiated. Their quality is guaranteed by in-process quality control tests during production. The analyses are carried out by an independent laboratory.
The process employed to purify the oil used in OM3memory involves eliminating all the impurities that are generally found in fish, be they farmed fish or wild fish. The levels of heavy metals (iron, arsenic, cadium, lead, mercury, copper) and other pollutants (DDE, DDT, HCB and PCB) are certified to be below detectable levels.
When manufacturing OM3memory, each stage is carried out to "GMP" (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards in order to guarantee the product's quality and traceability.

Shelf life
OM3memory contains a protective dose of vitamin E which allows the Omega-3s to be kept in a biologically active state and reduces the risk of peroxidation.
OM3memory capsules have a shelf life of 3 years if they are stored in their original packaging, away from light and at a temperature of between 15° and 25°C.
Exposing the product to light and high temperatures reduces its shelf life and may damage the soft capsules.

Dose
OM3memory is intended to be taken by adults only.
The recommended dose of OM3memory is two capsules per day, to be taken with a meal or at bed time.
Suggested administration
It is recommended that the capsules be taken either with a meal or at bed time to avoid the possibility of a fishy aftertaste.
Duration of treatment
The beneficial effects can generally be felt after just a few days.
A 3-month renewable course of treatment is recommended.

Precautions

When should OM3memory not be used?
OM3memory is not recommended to people with a known allergy to one of the components (notably a fish allergy).

That means that taking OM3memory, or indeed any other dietary supplement that contains essential fatty acids, is unadvisable for anyone in this situation.
In the absence of any conclusive scientific data, OM3memory is not recommended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or for children. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
Possible interactions
OM3memory is likely to interact with two types of drug: anticoagulants and possibly aspirin, as theoretically it may increase the effects of these agents on the fluidity of blood. You should therefore inform your doctor that you intend to take OM3memory, which notably contains Omega-3s and Ginkgo Biloba, and ask him to adjust your anticoagulant treatment accordingly (this is usually done by reducing the dose of the drug on the basis of the results of clotting tests or bleeding times, that generally remain unchanged).
